Sam is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, Realtors® Commercial Alliance, Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors® , Sierra Reno Exchangors, and Toastmasters International. Sam is a native Nevadan and in 2000 got his Nevada real estate license. Sam uniquely positioned himself as an expert for the local commercial real estate market. Sam is an expert in 1031 tax deferred exchanges and specializes in assisting investors and owners buy, sell and exchange their commercial real estate.
